Prime AI combines a monthly plan with account credits. Flash is free; paid plans start at $69/month. Check costs depend on the selected tools, Discovery uses 5 credits, opportunity research uses up to 10, saved exports are free, and failed usage is refunded.

All prices below are USD and billed monthly. Paid-plan question limits are per check, and adequate credits are still required.

Flash's check is one selected batch; you can select fewer questions or tools. A full five-question, three-tool check uses all 30 credits, leaving none for other credit-using features that month. Adding and editing questions manually is free. Missing answers can be retried without using another monthly check, and saved answers stay available. Starter includes one brand, three team seats, and all five supported tools; Growth, Agency, and Enterprise also include all five. Agency's 10 client workspaces share one 1,300-credit organization balance; Enterprise's 50 workspaces share its organization balance.

Opportunity research reserves 10 credits, then settles to 10 for the full comparison package, 5 for a useful measured shortlist without the full package, or 0 when no qualifying measured result is saved. Primey overage is charged when the first reply in a block succeeds. Failed checks, drafts, images, and other failed usage are refunded; Primey failures, timeouts, deterministic fallback responses, and retries do not create successful-response charges.

Five questions across ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity request up to 15 answers and cost 30 credits. Starter's 200 credits cover six such checks with 20 credits left if used only for checks. Twenty-five questions across all five tools cost 250 credits, more than Starter's monthly balance. Fifty questions across all five tools request 250 answers and cost 500 credits.

**What does the free check include?**

**Is this 15 different questions?**

No. You select up to five questions. Each of the three tools answers those same questions, making their responses easier to compare.

**What happens after I finish my free check?**

Your saved results stay available. Upgrade to Starter for more questions, more tools, and credits for repeat checks, or use your next free check next calendar month. Incomplete answers can be retried as part of the original check.

**What does Starter add?**

Starter is $69/month and includes 200 shared monthly credits, up to 25 saved buyer questions, all five supported AI tools, one brand, and three team seats. Five questions across ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity use 30 credits. Two hundred credits cover six such checks with 20 credits left if used only for checks. Larger selections and content use more credits.

Flash is free with 30 shared monthly credits, Starter is $69/month with 200 shared monthly credits, Growth is $179/month with 600 credits, Agency is $369/month with 1,300 shared credits, and Enterprise is $1,499/month with 5,200 shared credits; all prices are USD and billed monthly.

**What tools can each plan check?**

Flash checks ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity; Starter, Growth, Agency, and Enterprise also include Gemini and an AI Overview-style preview built from Google-grounded answers. The preview is not a capture of the live Google Search AI Overview panel.

**How often does Prime AI check my questions?**

Flash includes one completed check per calendar month. On paid plans, monthly checks are the default; you can choose questions and AI tools in Settings, turn on weekly or temporary daily checks, or run a check when needed. Scheduled and on-demand checks use account credits.

**How many Primey replies are included?**

Flash includes 25 successful replies per month, Starter 250, Growth 750, Agency 2,500, and Enterprise 10,000 in a calendar-month UTC window; after the allowance, one credit buys a block of 10 successful generated replies.

**What do Discovery and opportunity research cost?**

Discover Questions research costs 5 credits, while opportunity research reserves up to 10 and settles to 10, 5, or 0 depending on whether a full package, useful measured shortlist, or no qualifying measured result is saved.

**What happens when usage fails?**

Credits reserved for failed check answers are refunded, as are failed content and image generations; Primey failures, timeouts, fallback responses, and retries do not create successful-response charges.

**Can I buy extra credits?**
