- How often does Prime AI check my questions?
- Flash includes one completed check per calendar month. On paid plans, monthly checks are the default; you can choose questions and AI tools in Settings, turn on weekly or temporary daily checks, or run a check when needed. Scheduled and on-demand checks use account credits.
- How many Primey replies are included?
- Flash includes 25 successful replies per month, Starter 250, Growth 750, Agency 2,500, and Enterprise 10,000 in a calendar-month UTC window; after the allowance, one credit buys a block of 10 successful generated replies.
- What do Discovery and opportunity research cost?
- Discover Questions research costs 5 credits, while opportunity research reserves up to 10 and settles to 10, 5, or 0 depending on whether a full package, useful measured shortlist, or no qualifying measured result is saved.
- What happens when usage fails?
- Credits reserved for failed check answers are refunded, as are failed content and image generations; Primey failures, timeouts, fallback responses, and retries do not create successful-response charges.
- Can I buy extra credits?
- Yes. Paid plans can buy one-time packs of 200 credits for $59, 1,000 for $299, or 4,000 for $1,149 without changing subscription tiers.
